_The Medison SonoAce is the successor to the X4 and the X6 with a smaller size and more customization options that assure you save money by not paying for features you don't need. Order the R5 as a Black & White only unit, B&W with spectral Doppler, or with Full Color capabilities. If you order a B&W unit you can easily upgrade to color at a later date.
